HISTORY OF INTEGRITY WASTE MANAGEMENT

The Founders of Integrity Waste Management, Louis C. Ippolito and Mark Gregorek have been involved in the solid waste industry on the East and West Coasts for over 47 years. Mr. Ippolito began his career working with his family in the recycling and refuse collection business in New Jersey and established a collection company, commercial recycling facility and a landfill for residual waste in the Ohio region. The Founder and partners of IWM are particularly familiar with recyclable material operations, recycling facility design and permitting, municipal solid waste and recycling program management, solid waste collection techniques, and the development of mixed plastics and food waste recycling facilities in Southern California. Integrity Waste Management was developed with an eye for the effective and efficient of solid waste collection and recycling programs for public and private clients with an emphasis on the Three E’s: Economic Environmental Efficiency. IWM concludes that large corporate conglomerates, medium sized businesses, small and large cities and counties have one thing in common: Multiple Waste Streams. Over the last 25 years in California alone, the motivation for multiple waste services is the desire to participate in improving the local, national and international environment and the savings of natural resources. IWM excels at two important and ambitious goals: Sustainability and Cost Savings

“Charlotte R. – As a corporate level sustainability director of a national corporation, I was surprised I could achieve environmental compliance while saving money through IWM recycling and diversion programs. It was a much easier sell, at the corporate office.”

IWM Co-Founder Mark Gregorek, has extensive experience as a Solid Waste and Recycling expert of 42 years in California alone. Mr. Gregorek is very familiar with environmental compliance and sustainability for large national corporations, municipalities, trash haulers and recyclers and franchise collectors of multiple materials generated in the commercial and residential sector. The Founders will design, develop and implement diversion and recycling programs that focus on environmental responsibility while reaping financial rewards for public and private clientele. The Founders have proven that environmentally responsible programs do not have to cause economic stress but achieve the following key metrics:

1. Environmental Compliance Mandates

2.Integration of Financial Incentives

3. Design and Development of Sustainable Branding

4. Efficient Waste Management Services

As an onslaught of environmental directives are placed and enforced, managing these requirements in an effective, responsible and economic manner is challenging. IWM excels at this task……

IWM is truly expert at integrating recycling programs and compliance statutes while enacting its signature program: “Economic Environmental Efficiency”.
